About

Mark 12:30-31
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’ The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’There is no commandment greater than these.”

1 Thessalonians 2:8
We loved you so much that we were delighted to share with you not only the gospel of God but our lives as well, because you had become so dear to us.

My desire is that this isn’t just another blog on youth ministry.  There are already a truckload of great youth ministry blogs out there, written by some great youth workers.  I read a lot of them and I appreciate the value that most of these authors add to my life and ministry.  Most of them come from a singular voice with the occasional guest post.  “Youth Ministry Is For Lovers” is all about adding value to each of our lives as youth workers through the input of a variety of voices – men and women, veterans and rookies, professionals and volunteers, full-time and part-time, pastors and interns, middle school and high school – on a variety of issues that each of us in youth ministry deal with – teams, philosophy of ministry, theology, culture, events, practices, foundations, book reviews, etc.

We want your voice.  If you would like to add your voice to the ongoing conversation in youth ministry, please let me know.  You can send me your ideas and your posts at rich.landosky@auc.org.  Join us as, together, we hold each other up and speak into each other’s lives that we might all love God and love students more effectively.

Thanks for loving and serving students.

In His Service & For His Glory,

Rich
